Lumpy dowseth said bush to preventeth a forest fire, whereupon he didst
discover two stone tablets with carving thereon.

'Result!' sayeth Lumpy and he didst swallow said tablets, and lo his
headache was cured!

West Of Bastard is back again after a months festival related exhaustion,
bringing to Bristol the finest in mashup and bootleg tomfoolery!

Now We Are One

Bloody hell!

WOBs first birthday, and boy did we come of age!

The Arc Bar was made for WOB. So glad that we have moved there! Staff friendly, courteous, helpful and interested! Sound system top notch! Nice big appreciative and dancing crowd! Superb sets from Mr Whitelabel, Bush No 10 and Dogs mate (sorry I forgot your name), all of whom proceeded to tear the place up like original nuttahs! Dead chuffed with the response to my oldskool set too!

Right I think thats enough exclamation marks.

The venue were really happy with the night, and are keen to have us back.

Such a shame that some GYBO regular WOB attendees couldnt make it down for this one, as it was the best yet.

Will post up photos etc as an when I get 'em.

Bigups must go to Bush No 10, Mr Whitelabel, Dog, Dogs mate (expect big things from this man), Dexter, Pinky, Emma (fantastic banner sweetie), The Arc Bar, The WOB regulars plus all the new folks that came down and shared in the night. Its nights like that that make all the soul searching and fretting worthwhile. Pat yourselves on the back people!

The next WOB will be in August, as I am going to be at far too many festivals than is healthy next month. When I have a concrete date for WOB 10, I can then confirm the lineup and get everything in motion!
